S.L. was a partner in a medical supply business.  However, the alleged victims claimed that she was an employee.  She allegedly diverted payments to her personal accounts instead of the business accounts.  Mr. Ryczek assisted another lawyer in getting this case dismissed due to statute of limitations problems.
